PRATICA: SUNDAY 24TH, 8-MIDNIGHT.
Beginners’: The posture, embrace, walk, natural and comfortable way of keeping balance and moving. Clear leading and following. Then moving into rotations, pivots and ochos. Changing direction of the step of the follower. Basic cross with and without weight change.
Intermediate: Getting deeper understanding of step structure, and the “cross”. Structure of the cross. Structure of the sacada. Leaders/followers sacada on the open step. leaders sacada on the cross step. Variations. Discussing the difference between lyrical and rhythmical dancing. Same variations danced to different music. Advanced- leading to ochos “invisible leads”
